- 2lb Chicken Wings (tips removed)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8oz Muirhead Apricot Jalapeno Jelly
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a roasting pan with foil.
Toss wings with oil, salt and pepper. Place the wings in roasting pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Heat the Muirhead Apricot Jalapeno Jelly and lemon juice on stove top or in microwave. After the wings have baked for 20 minutes, coat wings with apricot jalapeno sauce and reduce oven to 350 degrees and cook for another 15 minutes or until done. Serve immediately.
