Balsamic Glazed Cauliflower “Wings”

Ingredients

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (finely minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

For the Cauliflower

  • 1 Large head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

For the Sauce


Step 1
Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.


For the Cauliflower

Step 2
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F, and spray a baking sheet with oil or cooking spray.


Step 3
Cut the cauliflower into florets. The smaller they are, the faster they will cook and softer they will get.


Step 4
Whisk together the flour and milk in a bowl.


Step 5
Toss the cauliflower in the batter until thoroughly coated.


Step 6
Arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.


Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until slightly less done than you want them.


Step 8
Remove from the oven and pour the sauce over the cauliflower.


Step 9
Return to oven for another 5 minutes.


Step 10
Remove from the oven and gently flip and toss the cauliflower in the sauce on the sheet to coat.


Step 11
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes
