Prep Time: 20 minutes
1. In a food processor or blender, puree Chipotle Olive Oil, lemon juice, Sesame Oil, garlic, cumin, and salt. (If using a blender, it is particularly important to add liquid first.)
2. Remove the skin from the garbanzo beans.
3. Add garbanzo beans, one can at a time, and puree until smooth.
4. Serve with pita and your favorite veggies.
Drizzle with additional Chipotle Oil and a sprinkle of smoked paprika before serving.
