Cold Asian Sesame Noodles

  • 1 Package Rossi Pasta Asian Noodle Linguini
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Sesame Oil (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Green Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds (white or black)
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro



Just about any grilled protein (chicken, pork, fish or seafood) will nicely complement this dish. Simply marinate in soy sauce, garlic and ginger, grill to your desired doneness, and place on top of cold noodles just before serving.


Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain, rinse and allow to sit momentarily in icy cold water

Step 2
Stir together garlic, ginger, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and toasted sesame oil

Step 3
Drain pasta well and toss with dressing

Step 4
Garnish with remaining sesame oil, sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro.
