Skillet Chicken and Asparagus cooked in Garlic EVOO

  • 5 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley (dried)
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano (dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon white wine
  • 2 boneless chicken breast halves (sliced)
  • 1/2lb fresh asparagus (trimmed and cut into thirds)


Step 1
Pour garlic olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; stir in the parsley, basil, oregano, salt, lemon juice and wine. Add the chicken; cook and stir until the chicken is browned, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium; cook and stir occasionally, until the asparagus is bright green and just starting to become tender, about 6 minutes. Serve hot.
