Simple Roasted Butternut Squash

  • 1 Butternut squash (peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (Suggested Oils: experiment with any of our fused-flavor olive oils.)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt (Suggested ATOO salts: Fresh Ginger, Lavender and Rosemary)
  • Pepper


Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2
Toss butternut squash with olive oil and garlic in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Arrange coated squash on a baking sheet.

Step 3
Roast in the preheated oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes.


Step 4
Try recipe with 2 teaspoons of your favorite ATOO balsamic vinegar.
