Key Lime Curd Pie

  • 1 jar Curdelicious Key Lime Curd (Available at all ATOO locations)
  • 1 can evaporated milk ((12.68 oz))
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon clear gelatin
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • Whipped cream


Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the evaporated milk and Key Lime Curd and mix it well until smooth.

Step 2
Put the gelatin in a small container and pour the hot (not boiling) water over it. Mix the gelatin well until it is fully dissolved. (Note: It may seem lumpy at first - keep stirring until all the lumps of gelatin are dissolved.)

Step 3
Stir the gelatin into the key lime mixture and mix well. (The gelatin will combine more easily if the mixture is at room temperature or slightly warm.)

Step 4
Pour the mixture into the pie crust and place in refrigerator overnight until set.


Step 5
This recipe also works well with Lemon, Raspberry or Orange Curd.
