Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette

Meal type Vinaigrettes & Marinades



  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard ((more or less to taste, helps to emulsify and thicken the vinaigrette))
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 3/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Some suggested pairings: 


1. Whisk first four ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Add olive oil slowly in a steady stream, whisking to combine.

3. Toss lightly with mixed greens and serve. Remember to toss right before serving and don't overdress the salad.
