Roasted Chickpeas



  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Place chickpeas in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Stir to completely coat. Sprinkle salt on top. 
  3. Place chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in oven, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes or until nicely browned and slightly crispy.
  5. Top with your favorite seasoning
