Lavender Balsamic Vinegar

Lavender lends a floral and slightly sweet flavor to most dishes and is sometimes paired with sheep’s-milk or goat’s milk cheeses. The delicate herbal flavor of this balsamic makes it a perfect complement to chicken, potatoes and green vegetables. It pairs well with our citrus olive oils and offers a classic touch with Herbs de Provence olive oil. Try as a reduction over garlic mashed potatoes, roasted chicken or grilled pork.
