This "Olio Nuovo" was harvested and pressed in October of 2019 by our producer in California, the fourth generation to work his family's groves, some of the oldest in California, and the most decorated producer in the United States, winning over 300 top awards, including five “Best of Shows” in California.
This oil is obtained exclusively from the Manzanillo varietal of olive. This is a cloudy, unfiltered oil, golden in color. It has strong notes of artichoke and almonds and is amazingly soft, buttery and smooth. We have limited quantities so order yours today.
