Kubeben Peppercorns

Known as the “tailed pepper”, the Indonesian Cubeb pepper is harvested with its edible stem still attached, giving it added heat. Its hints of allspice and clove make it a lovely complement to spiced cookies and pumpkin pie or try with meat dishes, vegetables, and stews.
