This oil is a Spanish varietal. Greeting the nose with a nice, fresh, herby aroma, the full undertones of ripe fruit emerge soon after. Easily identified to the taste as a medium robust flavor and finishes full with a whisper of pepper.
Recommended use: vegetable salads, pasta salads, rice salads, tabuoli and hummus. It pairs well with any of our balsamic vinegar.
