Cranberry Orange Curd

The combination of this sweet and tart spread is a true delight. This curd is made the traditional way, with lots of eggs and butter which give it a velvety smooth texture and bright lemon flavor. Spread it liberally on scones, toast, English muffins.  It's wonderful as a pretzel dip, top of a cake, or blended with yogurt.  Always served it chilled.
