Lemon Curd

Lemon Curd is one of the all-time favorite spreads. 

This curd is made the traditional way, with lots of eggs and butter which give it a velvety smooth texture and bright lemon flavor. 

Spread it liberally on scones, toast, English muffins.  It's wonderful as a pretzel dip, top of cake, or blended with yogurt.  Always served it chilled.
