Sauvignon Blanc Wine Vinegar

To achieve this unique “sweet and sour” flavor, the grapes have been intentionally left on the vine for at least four to six weeks longer than if they were to be made into a dry, finished wine. By harvest time they are almost raisin-like from the concentrate of fruit and sugars. The Katz family takes unfermented juice from the grapes to blend into proprietary wine vinegar then aged slowly in oak barrels. Sauvignon Blanc Wine Vinegar is great in salads and dressings, marinades and reduction sauces!
