Milanese Gremolata EVOO

Classic gremolata is a chopped herb condiment made with only lemon zest, garlic and parsley. It is the traditional accompaniment to the braised veal dish "osso bucco." In the case of gremolata, however, the whole is certainly more than the sum of its three simple ingredients.

Try as a marinade for either fish or meat; wonderful drizzled over roasted asparagus, brussel sprouts, or carrots.
