Fresh shallots are fused into our traditional Apulian extra virgin olive oil. It’s intense, yet sweet flavor is pleasant and delicate in every course. A valid substitute for onion and garlic our shallot extra virgin olive oil makes an excellent base for sauces and marinades. It’s great on chicken, potatoes, and cheese. Try it drizzled over fresh tomatoes and mozzarella for a unique twist on Caprese salad.
