Huckleberry Balsamic Vinegar

Tart, sweet and juicy huckleberries are wild berries native to the forests of the Northwest and related to both the blueberry and cranberry. Smaller than blueberries but sweeter than cranberries, huckleberries offer the best of both, and their intense blueberry like flavor that shines in this balsamic. Try a bit of this decadent balsamic drizzled over pancakes, oatmeal, croissants, or muffins. It also makes a mouthwatering salad dressing or marinade.
