Aria Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This single-varietal, USDA Certified Organic, estate-grown extra virgin oil comes to us from the isle of Crete, where the dry, sunny climate is ideal for growing olives. Made from hand-picked Koroneiki olives, cold-pressed within hours of harvesting, this oil has an extremely low acidity level (less than .5%) and is certified organic. Aria is a past winner of NASFT’s Outstanding Olive Oil award. With its peppery finish, this olive oil complements most dishes, but is superb with a Greek salad, grilled octopus, and roasted meats.
