White Balsamic Vinegars

Green Apple White Balsamic Vinegar

Granny Smith apples were discovered in Australia in the 1860’s, as a chance seedling in the compost pile on the orchard of Maria Ann Smith. Their crisp apple flavor and subtle sweetness give this white balsamic vinegar a delightfully tart kick. Pair with Scallion or Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil for a sweet and savory marinade. Delightful in a winter fruit salad with toasted nuts.
