Peranzana Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This oil is a mono-varietal, pressed from the Peranzana olive, a variety grown in northern Puglia, Italy since the 18th century. This year's oil has a fruity aroma, with hints of grass and tomato. Its flavor has notes of almond with a pleasant spice at the end.
