Easy Green Olive Pasta

Yield: 6 Servings

Prep: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of linguine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • wild garlic flake sea salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon favorite EVOO
  • 1 1/2 cups of favorite olives

 

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta to al dente. 
  2. Heat  butter and evoo in seperate skillet over medium heat. 
  3. Add olives and garlic, until soft. 
  4. Stir in lemon juice. 
  5. Toss skillet contets, pasta, and water. 
  6. Add salt.
