January Healthy Bytes: Resolutions for the Entire Family

Do your resolutions start to fade on February 1st? Here are a few ways to keep up your resolutions going strong all year long:
  • Start small. Big changes don't happen overnight.
  • Be specific. It's easier to lose 20 pounds by June than 20 pounds by whenever.
  • Be realistic. Setting the bar too high hurts you right out the gate.
  • Share it with others. Find an accountability buddy to help you achieve your goals.
  • Have fun with your goals! What's the point if you're not having fun?
