- Monday - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Tuesday - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Wednesday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Thursday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Parking: On Thursday, the West Chester Borough Parking Department announced that parking enforcement will resume with the following schedule:
On June 15, 2020 --
- Illegal use of handicap parking spaces
- Parking too close to intersections
- Parking in front of fire hydrants
On June 22, 2020 --
- Nonpayment at parking meters and kiosks
- Residential parking permit areas
- All other posted restrictions
