Oven Roasted Potatoes

2 pounds red or yellow skinned potatoes


2 tablespoons Bacon Olive Oil

Himalayan Pink Fine Ground Sea Salt


1 teaspoon garlic powder

3 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs rosemary, parsley, thyme, basil



  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash potatoes and cut into 1” cubes.
  3. Toss potatoes, olive oil, and seasonings
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until browned and tender.
