Spinach and Parmesan Dip

Spinach and Parmesan Dip

Servings: 16

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (Dill)
  • 1 large white onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound baby spinach
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil. 
  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted. 
  3. Drain and place mixture in food processor. 
  4. Add yogurt, cheese, salt and pepper and pulse. 
  5. Serve with pita chips, carrots, and peppers. 
  6. Enjoy!
