Balsamic Peaches

Yield: 4 Servings

Prep Time: 15 minutes



  1. Place the peach halves in a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook over medium heat 4 minutes. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes. 
  2. Place peach halves, cut side up, in 4 dessert dishes. 
  3. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon butter and Ripe Peach White Balsamic Vinegar. Cook on medium heat till caramelized, approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove from the stove and pour over peach halves. 
  4. Add a scoop of ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 

Note: Using the Apricot Balsamic Vinegar or the Honey White Balsamic Vinegar works well also.
