Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Place the peach halves in a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook over medium heat 4 minutes. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Place peach halves, cut side up, in 4 dessert dishes.
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon butter and Ripe Peach White Balsamic Vinegar. Cook on medium heat till caramelized, approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove from the stove and pour over peach halves.
- Add a scoop of ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Note: Using the Apricot Balsamic Vinegar or the Honey White Balsamic Vinegar works well also.
