Arugula Summer Salad


Servings: 4-6

Prep Time: 15 minutes



  • 3-4 cups fresh arugula
  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 2 cups diced cantaloupe
  • 8 basil leaves, chopped





1. Dice watermelon and cantaloupe. 

2. Tear basil leaves into pieces. 

3. Mix arugula, watermelon, cantaloupe into a large bowl. 

4. To get the best blend, pour the mango white vinegar into a bowl and pour in the blood orange olive oil in a thin stream while you whisk.

5. Sprinkle basil on top and serve.
