Ingredients

2 bunches spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces
4 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup Sorrento Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Honey White Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, strawberries, blueberries, and almonds.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Sorrento Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Honey White Balsamic Vinegar.
Pour the dressing over the spinach, and toss to coat.
